SMS

Manages • Monitors • Ships

Eberle’s Storage Management System – SMS is a scalable and intelligent warehouse management system.

The storage processes are continuously automated from acquisition through storage management to picking and shipping.

SMS images the complete process of storage, redistribution and removal digitally using intelligent software and networked hardware.

Numerous interfaces offer the possibility to integrate the system vertically and horizontally.

Software that Organizes and Thinks Proactively

The SMS software takes over all control functions in the warehouse process and visualizes the current process data in a clearly arranged graphical user interface.

Databank-Based Infrastructure

The infrastructure is based on a real client-server structure.

All process data are stored in an MS-SQL database.

Scalable with Modules

The modular structure of SMS allows a broad scaling and can be quickly integrated into existing systems.

SMS modules for warehouse management:

  • Batch management
  • Space management
  • Care management
  • Reporting module
  • Alarm management
  • Trending module
  • Logging module
  • User management
  • Language selection
  • Communication with production controls

Application Cheese Cave

For use in cheese maturing, the SMS system organizes all necessary work steps. Starting from storage, through the care process to removal from storage, the SMS automatically creates the complete documentation, such as delivery and consignment notes. Via an interface SMS controls the cheese care robots. The ripening process is controlled by the SMS system by means of an automated transfer to different storage zones. SMS offers seamless acquisition of operating data. The data is stored redundantly and is available via interfaces for quality assurance or for official controls.

Always Connected with MCC

In connection with the Mobile Control Center – MCC, the operating data is made available on mobile devices. Operators and service personnel have location-independent and smart access to the current process data.

Integration with API

SMS’s integrated programming interface API allows connection to a variety of peripherals such as scales, scanners, packaging stations and maintenance robots.
