Cheeseaffair February 2–3, 2026

As an exhibitor at this year’s Cheeseaffair in Aarau on February 2 and 3, we had numerous exciting discussions with producers, processors, and interested parties. The trade fair offers us an ideal platform to present our innovations in the areas of cheese storage management, robotics, automation, and image processing for the food industry.

Many visitors showed great interest in our cheese care solution.
Our new technology, which combines a high-resolution line scan camera and artificial intelligence (AI), precisely examines the surface of cheese wheels in cheese care machines for mold growth and other characteristics. AI-supported image analysis makes it possible to fully automatically adapt the care programs to the individual needs of each cheese wheel. This ensures optimal care and quality assurance tailored to the specific requirements of each individual cheese wheel.

The personal exchange provided us with valuable insights and led to new contacts.
